Why we like it
A bold, brooding red from the Brash Higgins estate vineyard in McLaren Vale, certified organic and lovingly farmed by Brad Hickey and Nicole Thorpe. 85% Shiraz, 15% Cab, aged in new French puncheons for over two years, then rested in bottle. It’s a nod to classic Australian reds: powerful, structured, and built to last, with a bit of Brash’s signature swagger still in there.
Tasting notes
A brooding, blood-orange-tinted beast. Blackberries, cassis, aged beef and mint with clove, charcoal, and a flicker of orange peel. Bold and structured but still pulsing with energy. The kind of wine that gets under your skin and stays there.
