Why we like it

The gin that put Applewood on the map! A clean, dry gin infused with Australian botanicals (like all good gins should be!) These guys aren't doing things by halves – Desert lime, Peppermint gum, wattleseed and saltbush all come to the party here.

There's big Eucalyptus and menthol on the nose, this is a proper Australian gin, pineapple sage and citrus come to the party later but there is a reason that this gin put Applewood on the map. Unique, delicious, unabashedly Australian, what more do you need?
