Aussie winemaker Justin Bubb makes new school fresh and easy red wines in old world Italian regions like Toscana. Half the grapes were destemmed, the other half ere left as whole bunches, fermented by carbonic maceration then pressed into cement vats. Dark cherry, earthy & savoury elements. This is good drinking without too much thinking.
