Why we like it

You’ll swoon over the scent, then lust over the taste of this bright, pretty and succulent red. This is a blend of Petit Verdot (80%) and Pinot Noir (20%) The P.V. was destemmed and fermented on skins for 5 days, before 7 months maturation in old French oak. The Pinot was direct pressed and barrel fermented. These components make a wine which is bright and pretty with fine tannin. A delight. Only 1000 bottles produced.
