Why we like it

100% Sauvignon Blanc, 100% bubbles, 100% delicious. Fruit sourced from Wadawurrung country (Pyreness, Victoria), wine made by our good mate Ciaran. The wine spent 5 days on skins before being fermented in barrel. Some lees stirring to add weight and texture.

This wine wears its Sauvignon Blanc label on its sleeve, lots of gooseberry and white peach on the nose with a nice acid line on the palate that keeps things fun and fresh. A treat for your senses.
