Why we like it

The Asolo DOCG region is located an hour north of Venice, it is a place steeped in tradition.  Asolo is famous for its sparkling wine made from the Glera grape. The difference between prosecco made in Asolo is it's freshness which is attributed to the region's high altitudes and soils.

This prosecco has fresh and delicate, fruit-dominant aromatics of pear and lychee, while on the palate is generous yet clean and persistent.
