This wine features 7% whole bunch fermentation, with a 9 day ferment, 71 days on skins post fermentation, and 178 days aging in a sandstone amphora.

Expect savory notes of wild thyme, sage, and the earthy aroma of autumn. On the palate, you’ll find bright, fresh cherries with a long, amaro-like finish.
