Why we like it

‘Col Fondo’ is a bottle-fermented style of Prosecco. Fresh and fruit driven aromatics dominated by apple and pear notes but complemented by the subtle yeast autolysis characters which are typical of Col Fondo wines. Dry on the palate with a soft lingering finish.
