Why we like it

A bone-dry, pretty as punch, savoury style of Rosé from our man, second-generation Swan Valley grape grower/wine maker Tom Daniel. Each vintage Toms wines scream of the potential of the Swan Valley.

Hand picked nice and early in the season to keep freshness and crisp acidity within the Grenache grape. Basket pressed by hand with some judicial use of old oak to let the wine come through to maturation. Unfined and unfiltered. There are some fantastic layers, bright acidity and creaminess. Flavours of grapefruit zest, strawberries and cream with a beautiful saline minerality. We love your work Tom.
