Why we like it

The OG sweet vermouth. One third of the famed Negroni and the base of many a great, classic cocktail. Dolin have been making vermouth, in Savoy France since the early 1800's.

Approximately 40 botanicals find themselves in this fortified wine; coriander seed, cinnamon and orange peel to name a few. This is a great vermouth and a real nod to vermouths past. Try it with some soda, Ince and a twist of orange for a before dinner drink.
