Description
From the 2024 Invitational series, the fruit for this Pinot was found tucked away in an established Pemberton Vineyard amongst the South West Karri Forests. Typical of the cool climate region, the wine features small bunches and tiny berries, is whole bunch crushed, and then aged for 10 months in French Oak, a portion of which was new. The result is a deliciously earthy and spicy wine with sour cherry notes, savoury forest floor herbs and dark chocolate warmth.
Enjoy with roast chicken, mushroom risotto or Duck.
