Description
A neat little blend of shiraz grenache and the white and highly aromatic viognier. The intent has been to use winemaking techniques to gently extract colour, flavour and tannins to create a soft and smooth palate. Lovely mix of plum and licorice with a slight sweet confectionery character. It's medium bodied and so supple and seamlessly smooth. That little bit of viognier really picks it up on the nose.
