Ghost rock estate, one of our favourite wineries and a hidden gem nestled within Tasmania’s cradle coast. This Chardonnay is a stunning example of what the grape can express from a cool climate vineyard.
Hand picked and whole bunch pressed and allowed to go through partial malolactic fermentation for depth of flavour before being left to rest in barrel for 10 months. The result? A beautifully restrained yet opulent expression of what Australian Chardonnay can, in the right hands, be. Ripe stone fruits, cashew and almond meal and a great length.
