Why we like it

“Old Tom” gin is a style of gin that harks back to the London gin craze of the 1800’s. Fortunately for us gin Stalwarts Hayman’s of London have restarted production of this style of gin from an original recipe they’ve had for 147 years.

Old Tom is a slightly sweeter, fuller and rounder style of gin. It is soft on the nose, readily discernible from the London dry gin styles and all the better for it. Rich, creamy and redolent with lemon citrus and baking spices.
