Why we like it

Situated about 3.5 hours drive West of Melbourne, at the foothills of the Grampians is the town of Tarrington, formerly known by the name given to it by its German settlers, Hochkirch. It is here in the cool climate where John & Jennifer Nagorcka’s families have farmed for 4 generations.

This is a beautiful textured yet whistle-clean Semillon-Sauvignon Blanc blend that opens up to piquant skin contact notes, with layered and lively florals. Mineral edges and lively tension along with bright acid and hints of honey. Intense but light and pretty all at once. Full of life, it’s bottled sans sulphur.
