Why we like it

Jaysen Collins AKA "JC's Own" makes some of our favourite wine here in Australia, all wrapped up in some unbelievably aesthetic bottles and labelling. His "Rock it" GSM is a seriously beautiful wine.

There is a reason Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro work so well together, they compliment each other wonderfully with each variety elevating but not overpowering the other two. Perfume, spice and fine tannins from the Grenache. Power and richness from the Shiraz and savouriness and structure from the Mataro.

This wine is a co-ferment with each variety being added into the fermenting juice as it was picked. There is a beautiful synergy with this wine. Up front powerful fruit and red berry, waves of baking spice. A long mouth feel with lingering, finely tuned tannins.
