Why we like it

Estate-grown, biodynamically farmed fruit is wild fermented to produce a super-mineral, earthy, rocky sparkling wine with waves of citrus and fresh nectarine and lots of flinty, talc-like salty complexity. The Pinot Noir gives the wine a savoury, smoky, bready finish.
