Why we like it

If you’ve ever wanted to know what a lazy day on the beach, the surf rolling over your feet, before walking through a lemon grove would taste like, then look no further friends.

Through some Willy Wonka-esque winemaking the guys down at LS Merchants have managed to distil a hazy Perth Summers evening into liquid form, bottled it and called it “LS Vermentino”.

Crisp, dry, a beautiful line of acid. Lemon, lime and jasmine on the nose with a big ol’ saline lick at the end. You bloody beauty!
