Why we like it

It's been a hot minute between wines, well 3 years to be exact, but Gippsland based Momento Mori have released their Rosso. The sister wine to the critically acclaimed "Fistful of flowers".

A blend of Malvasia, Schiopettino (we love this grape) and Syrah lays the groundwork for this utterly quaffable, food-friendly red. There is a lot of energy here, wild red fruit characteristics and a ticket to funky town. This is the kind of lighter styled red you would quaff at the park with friends as the sun goes down. Love it.
