Why we like it

Trebbiano, Malvasia and Verdicchio, a holy union. Grown and produced by the good sisters at the Monastero Suore Cistercensi. Produced under the guidance of winemaker Paolo Bea, in the town of Vitorchiano a town an hours drive North of Rome. The Sisters tend to the vineyard by hand and the grapes are grown organically.The wine is textural and layered with flavour; green apple, lemon tart, fresh thyme and fennel. There is a crisp acid that keeps everything in check and a lovely savoury finish.
