Noisy Ritual, an urban winery located in Melbourne have released this, Mixed Business. A fantastic example of a lighter style, chillable red wine.

It's a blend of 81% Pinot Noir and 19% Pinot Gris – designed to be enjoyed during warmer weather (but don't let that hold you back).

Sunbury Pinot Noir provides the backbone – juicy red berry flavours, a little bit of spice and bright acidity, while King Valley Pinot Gris fleshes it out, softens the palate and adds another fruit layer with pear and ginger in the mix.
