Description
With 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, the style is crisp, powerful, and dry with a typical dosage of around 6 to 7 g/L.
The Signature Paul Bara wine, it is light yellow-gold tinted in color with a very fine bead. There are ripe aromas of fleshy fruits with overtones of Mirabelle plums. This opens up into spices and honey, underlined by candied fruit aromas, bergamot and orange peel. The palate is fruity and fresh with body and a beautiful intensity with notes of yellow peaches with a slight touch of pepper.
