Why we like it
A blend of 40% Semillon, 39% Riesling and 21% Muscat Blanc from all over South Australia. Each wine was vinified separately. The Semillon went through carbonic maceration. The Riesling was de stemmed and fermented in old French Barriques and the Muscat was left on its skins for 6 weeks.
The end result is a wine that is greater than the sum of its parts. Beautifully orange in colour. Textural, camomile, lemon pith and ginger snap biscuit on the nose. Good acid and a fine length on the palate. A beautiful wine.
