Why we like it

The Grenache (86%) is the star of the show here, with a backseat role played by Cinsault (14%). 14 days of carbonic maceration before being pressed into stainless steel. Then transferred to old French oak to rest for a while prior to bottling.

This is a juicy, slurpable little number. Plum, Black pepper, Riberry tea. Still on the lighter side and could also be served with a slight chill.
