Why we like it

Rose all day! Sophie is a serious textural Rosé crafted from Iwo & Sarah’s beautiful organically-farmed Pinot Noir from their Halcyon vineyard in Margaret River. This is a refreshing, light and textural wine created from their biodynamic vineyards.

The nose is beautifully perfumed, pomegranate, fresh, bright strawberry and crunchy red cherry. There is freshness here, this wine has it in spades. Layers of beautiful texture and finesse. A fantastic wine, probably one of the best roses we have ever had.
