Why we like it

Sarah and Iwo aka Si, two absolute weapons in the Margaret River wine scene. The Sauce is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Pinot Noir from the area. Minimal intervention is the name of the game here and Sarah and Iwo have nailed the brief.

All of the grapes were co-fermented for two weeks together having a nice little party before being pressed off to a combination of old barrels and stainless steel prior to bottling. Lots of red forrest fruits and earthy, almost smoky savouriness here. There's a beautiful frame work of whole bunch, stalky tannins that give it incredible structure and length. This is the kind of wine that would pair perfectly with a spaghetti bolognese.
