Why we like it
Besides being a beautiful place, the Yarra Valley is also as close to perfect as you can get for the cultivation of Pinot Noir. Warm days, cool Summer nights spent on sloping well drained soils makes Pinot Noir a very happy grape indeed.
Bright, cherry and raspberry aromas are supported by a palate of brooding dark fruit and deep earthy flavours. Elegantly balanced on the palate of soft tannins and subtle spice with a lengthy finish. Mouth-filling with a little minerality and herbal crunch. Soumah seriously know how to treat Pinot and we seriously dig this wine.
