Why we like it

A fizzy wine from Valli Unite, a cooperative group of winemakers in Piedmont, Italy. There are about 30 people who live here, caring for the vines among orchards, woodlands, pastures and gardens.

This is a light and punchy pet nat made from the Cortese grape. Apples, honeysuckle, cider, light brioche. Light bodied and a delicate concentration of flavor. Easy going bubbles make this a fun wine to crush with your natty buddies. Organic.
