Why we like it

Commune Wine Store…we love fermented grapes, obv but we also love beer! Wildflower make particularly special beers using wild yeast, so the end product is often an Old World/New World hybrid style of brew. This golden ale is delicately balanced, with notes of creamy meyer lemon, fresh limey hops and stone fruits. The palate is effervescent and dry with a subtle bitterness, pillowy body and developing acidity from the indigenous flora. Barrel-matured in French oak, followed by 10 weeks bottle ageing allows for carbonation and further flavour. Go for gold!
