The "Heatwave" Policy (Crucial for Australian Wine Stores)
Wine and extreme heat don't mix. During the peak of summer, if the temperature is forecast to exceed 35°C on the route between our store and your address, we may temporarily hold your shipment. We do this to ensure your wine arrives in perfect condition. We will always email you if your order is delayed due to heat.
RSA & Delivery Conditions
Under Australian law, alcohol cannot be delivered to an unattended premises or left with a minor. All deliveries must be signed for by a person aged 18 years or older. If you aren't home, a calling card will be left by the courier with collection instructions.
