Why we like it

The 2023  Vintage was grown in the gravelly, sandy clay loams of Victory Point Vineyard in Margaret River. Hand-picked, whole bunch pressed, cold and wild fermented in French oak barriques and hogheads (26% new). The wine was aged on lees for ten months with no stirring or malolactic fermentation. The wine has a delicate floral nose with nectarine, honeysuckle. Flinty minerality blends seamlessly with the creamy textural palate.
