Why we like it

Barrel fermented Chenin Blanc pressings.  Spends three months in ex-chardonnay casks to mature and develop then bottled and released young. It’s a delicious drink and complements a wide variety of foods.  We love it with rich fatty fish – think seared tuna. See Monty Hill’s review.
